When time travel is possible, and we have figured out that we can travel back and forth in time, then we will have to create a Neutral Time Zone that Depicts the Time period which should be kept constant forever. I have decided that this Neutral Time Zone is the entire 21st century.
So You can go to any Time, Except 21st Century, i.e. 1st Jan 2000 to 31st Dec 2099. This way we will keep a Time Period in the Universe that could not be altered. This measure is very important in the course of Human History because, even if events go wrong in the future, we have to get a Reset point for our Civilization.
Now many Minds might argue that if we can travel back in time, then ultimately it can affect on 21st century as well, but with the advancements in Chronos Control, we will have methods to control the ripple effects of time travel to the past.
I have observed many ripple effects in the recent times that might be the result of Time travel to past, but I have also observed that their news were either suppressed or declared as Unexplanable. This is because the present generation cannot know that time travel is invented already in the future, to be specific, It was invented on 15th November 2316 During the 5th World War.
It has been noticed that it is important for the people of the 21st century to understand their importance. You are writing the piece of history that no one will be allowed to edit. It might not mean much to you now, but the 21st century generation has the potential to make this century the perfect time to crash in case of annihilation of the world in the future.
